Every year, the harvest is a special event for us, synonymous with reunions with family and friends.
Over the twenty hectares of the domain, five to six are currently vinified in our personal cellar, the rest of the grapes are brought to the cooperative cellar. For our wines, we harvest exclusively by hand, allowing a first selection of the grapes at the stump. The bunches are transported in crates to avoid any extraction of juice and premature oxidation before arrival in the cellar. The grapes are then destemmed and sorted a second time, on a sorting table and by hand allowing us to obtain a raw material of irreproachable quality for the wine making.
