Our cuvée terroir
Ruby color. Intense nose, aromas of black fruits and spices, pepper and licorice, very balanced, round, silky tannins characteristic of the AOC Languedoc Pézenas. A good return in mouth.
Will accompany your festive meals, a meat in sauce, a duck breast, a roasted poultry.

50% Syrah, 50% Grenache N

Our pleasure cuvée
The grapes are harvested when they are ripe, the barrels are opened, the Grenache grapes are placed on one side and the Syrah grapes on the other. And nothing else. No exogenous yeast, no sulfites. We pick twice a day. We watch, we listen, we taste. When the fermentations are over, we rack, blend the two grape varieties and mature them in closed barrels for 24 to 48 months. Exuberant nose. Gourmet expression of red fruits, slightly toasted by its vinification and its ageing in barrels.
To be drunk as a degustation or accompanied by tapas, grilled fish or in sauce, world cuisine.

70% Chardonnay, 15% Bourboulenc, 15% Viognier

A particularly subtle aromatic dynamic, white flowers and roundness in the mouth that will accompany your aperitifs, grilled fish, salads and goat cheese.

100% Grenache

A Grenache rosé that will seduce you with its bouquet of red fruit aromas with a touch of spice, fresh and pleasant. Our wine will accompany your aperitifs, barbecues, Mediterranean cuisine and mixed salads.

100% Carignan

Typicity of firm and fresh red and black fruit aromas. This wine will accompany a rack of lamb but also regional dishes such as ratatouille or chichoumé, eggplant tian or stew of escoubilles.
